Administrative Alignment

Participants will learn that eccentric personalities are necessary! Not easy, but necessary. In addition, you’ll learn to harness the power of idiosyncrasies within your team.
The Energy Institute teaches teams how to respond instead of react; building synergy. This workshop outlines the circle of mindfulness (significance), why every person matters: We evaluate and help people understand each role and how each person impacts the team, the product/service and profit.
Each role (and what each team member brings to each role) is significant and inspires personal accountability, work ethic – common respect for individuals. We teach people their connection to the company and your offering. Once understood this seemingly simple lesson motivates individuals and benefits the face of the corporation and the bottom line.
Profiting From Order & Flow
Every member of your team brings a unique experience and perspective to the company. The intention of this workshop is to understand and build community; the community within your organization, the virtual community and the community your business is significant to (stakeholders, shareholders, suppliers, clients, community-at-large and the people within it).
Mindfulness of what your community is, the community your company serves and how that community feeds back into your business, presents unique opportunities. The processes practice inviting one’s personal energy (and patience) into achieving the common goal, for all.
This workshop will provide insight into how to continually build and leverage your communities. We will work with your team to clearly identify who the company is, who you are significant to and how that information is relevant to the company’s bottom line.
Your team will learn to recognize hierarchy within the corporate ecosystem: The big picture is simply a smaller part of an even bigger picture. Your company is like any other community in that its foundation is interdependent and committed to its members; and that reflects directly to your product/service and client base.
Harnessing Hidden Advantages
In this workshop we teach the difference between power and force as well as the difference between leadership and management. Once understood, we set goals that become achievable. This creates positive flow and harnesses your hidden advantages.
We teach participants the power of intention then how to use the law of vibration to enhance positive synchronicities. Understanding when the synchronicities are occurring and how to use them builds momentum and motivation – that leads to achieving the intent.
With particular focus on the Law of Vibration, we take a look at the levels of consciousness – where we are vs. where we wish to be then, we’ll map out the ideal strategy to get you there.
This workshop offers a common sense approach to goal setting and achievement.
